Warranty

Vehicles modified with performance racing suspension may not meet the legal requirements for use on public roads in your state or country. Use or installation of performance parts and tuning may adversely affect the drivability & reliability of your vehicle, and may also affect or eliminate your insurance coverage & factory warranty. All Fortune USA products are covered by a 1 year limited manufacturers warranty. Parts and labor are covered however shipping is not covered.

Terms

1. Prices are Subject to Change without Notice

2. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 5 days after receipt

3. Any failure or delay in shipment or delivery caused by lack or failure of transportation, delay in shipping, breakdowns, accidents, strikes, flood, or any cause beyond our control, shall not constitute breach of contract, not shall any damages attach to such failure or delay.

4. Shipping deadline is 12:00 PM for all Ground Shipping and 4:00 PM for overnight shipping, all orders received after our deadline will ship the next business day. No delivery or shipping on weekends or holidays.  Saturday deliveries will be priority overnight plus extra fee for

Returns

Fortune USA takes great pride in our products and the quality. In the unlikely event that you should encounter difficulty with a product or a defect is suspected, you are encouraged to first speak with Fortune USA.  In the event that the product needs to be returned to Fortune USA, you will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be prominently displayed on the shipping carton.

  1. All warranty returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at 804-928-7882
  2. All returned merchandise must be shipped with our issued Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton or other packaging.
  3. Shipping charges to Fortune USA are the responsibility of the customer.  Fortune USA covers shipping charges for the return of the repaired or exchanged item via UPS Ground service.


Additional charges for expedited shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
